Material Handling

Chain Conveyors

This system is primarily used for transporting heavy load materials such as industrial containers, pallets and grid boxes which are otherwise difficult to carry. The conveyers can have either double or single chain strand depending upon the requirements of the industry.

Key Features:

Drag Chain Cole Feeder

These conveyors provide accurate volumetric measurement of the material being conveyed. The drives are provided with variable speed to control feed rate of material.

Keeping in mind the precise demands of clients, we offer a qualitative range of Coal Feeding Conveyor. These are used in large assembly lines during sequential operation.

Key Features:

Pneumatic Conveyor

The pneumatic refuse conveying system is a type of waste disposal system that uses air to move refuse through pipes to collection points. Refuse is conveyed through steel pipes by a 20–25 meter per second air current to accomplish the goal.

Specifications:

Type – Dense & Lean Phase

Material to Handel – Powder & Granules

Key Features:

Wet Scrapper

Wet Scrapper is commonly conveyed to collect DUST at elevated temperature which includes Bagasse, Clay Dirt, Coal, Fly Ash slag etc. Generally, construction is more or less identical to chain conveyor filled with water. However, differs in Tail end and Drive end.

It is normally used in Furnace Coal Ash Disposal, Bio-mass Fuel Ash, Pulverized Coal fired Boilers & other fuel applications and are largely used in power & Sponge iron plants.

Key Features:

Belt Conveyors

Belt conveyor are the most commonly used conveyors when it comes to bulk handling. This is because they are reliable, versatile, and have a wide range of capabilities. They are also cost effective and very efficient. Moreover, belt conveyor can be used to change elevation when transporting a product. This is because of the high friction created between the carrying belt and the item. This is proof that belt conveyor are very versatile because they can be used for bulk and unit materials and can be located overhead or on the floor.

Key Features

Bucket Elevators

A bucket elevator can elevate a variety of bulk materials from light to heavy and from fine to large lumps. Industrial Bucket Elevator are made in a variety of shapes, weights and sizes, utilizing centrifugal buckets or continuous buckets. The belt can be made of natural fibers, rubber, plastic.

Screw Conveyors

Screw conveyor can be operated with the flow of material inclined upward. When space allows, this is a very economical method of elevating and conveying. As the angle of inclination increases, the capacity of a given unit rapidly decrease
